This Week’s Quotation:
“The thought processes provide the atmosphere of the individual’s inner realm of life. It is in that realm that we have the nebulous beginnings of that which finds expression in individual life. The richness or meagerness of that which we find in living and that which we express through life depends upon the nature and quality of thought.”

Cultivating the Inner Landscape
This quote feels like a profound reminder that the world we experience outwardly is deeply connected to the atmosphere we are cultivating inwardly.
There are so many opportunities in life to give away our power and believe that someone else is creating our experience for us. Yet when I become conscious of my own thought patterns, I begin to realize how much I am participating in the creation of my world every single day.
The inner landscape matters. What is expressed through our being is reflective of the terrain we hold within ourselves—the hills, the valleys, the storms, the beauty, and the places still asking for healing and growth.
If I continually focus on fear, frustration, or everything I do not want, I often find myself creating more chaos and contraction in my experience. But when I am willing to consciously attune my thoughts to the Source of Life, something begins to shift naturally within me.
For me, this is part of the spiritual path: becoming aware of the atmosphere I am cultivating internally. When I nurture thoughts rooted in presence, gratitude, creativity, and love, those thoughts begin to give birth to a much more beautiful experience in my world.
What a gift it is to realize that we can participate consciously in the creation of our own inner and outer reality.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

AMEN, Bexx, and Hallelujah – for such simple, powerful and profound truth. It’s deeply saddening to me to witness how attractive a drama filled life has become, particularly as I notice that much of the drama relates to impatience with the creative process. It’s like filling the space with drama as the baby emerges from the birth canal. At that precise point, there is heightened awareness that this process isn’t yet complete – BUT it’s still perfect for that precise moment. Your call to take care of our inner environment is truly timely. Thank you for your gentle yet powerful reminder
How true, Bexx, that our outer expression is simply a reflection of our “inner landscape.” May we all do whatever is necessary to make sure that our minds and hearts are consistently focused on the Truth that we Divinely are. Thanks for the inspiring of example of this creative process that you provide.
How lovely to share in your inner and outer beauty and illuminated thought, Bexx. I’m grateful for you and your wisdom, as together, we welcome a new reality.
