A quest for self-improvement has defined much of my adult life. The yearning to break free from the limiting patterns bestowed by my parents and culture was present from a young age. There was an undeniable fire in my belly, a passionate creativity begging for expression. Yet, a lingering belief in my unworthiness held me back.

First foot forward ,hold posture straight gentle breathe as glide around the dance floor ,postive energy dancing with angels , as whisper prays to the divine ,reflect light may shine as colourful as rainbow … sparkles of light and we think of those lost lifes , may there be no judgement volience between faiths ,people look at magic of rainbow ,dance for joy .
