This Week’s Quotation:
You cannot Love that in which you do not see Beauty. Therefore look for Beauty and you will find Love. Look below the surface in contemplation and you will find Beauty…Only those who linger long before the rose can see its Beauty. The hurried passerby sees only its prettiness. Follow Beauty and you will find Love. Enter into Love and you will find God.

Seeing Through the Eyes of Love

Attunement Teacher and Practitioner
What if the secret to transformation lies not in changing others, but in changing how we see? Uranda suggests that Love itself depends on our willingness to perceive Beauty—not surface prettiness, but the deeper radiance that dwells within all things.
Consider how often we move through our days like “hurried passersby,” making quick assessments based on first impressions. We see the difficult colleague, the challenging family member, the imperfect circumstances, and our capacity for Love contracts. But what if we practiced the art of lingering? What if we looked beneath the surface with the same patience we might bring to appreciating a rose?
This contemplative seeing requires emotional courage. It asks us to soften our judgments and be open to possibilities we might have dismissed. When we commit to this practice, something remarkable happens: the very act of seeking Beauty creates the conditions for Love to emerge.
In Attunement, we learn that what we focus on grows stronger. By deliberately attuning to Beauty, we cultivate Love. By dwelling in Love, we discover our connection to the divine source of all life. This isn’t merely positive thinking—it’s a fundamental reorientation of consciousness that transforms both perceiver and perceived.
When we commit to seeing Beauty, we become instruments of Love, and Love reveals the truth of our essential Oneness.
Through the eyes of Love, every encounter becomes an opportunity for deeper Attunement. Every person becomes a teacher. Every situation becomes a gateway to the sacred.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

When we attune to Beauty, what does it FEEL like?
I Thank you. I Love you. the Source of All That Is, surrounds us & is within us all ways for our greatest well being at all times, with tranquility & assurance comes beauty. Greatest Gratitude for Oren’s & Uranda’s expression of Love & Beauty. aho.
Thank you, Uranda and Oren, for so clearly stating that contemplating beauty can be gateway to the experience of Love. This morning I stopped to admire a rose blossoming just out of our administration building and was immediately connected with its essence in Love. The same thing happens when we deeply engage with a person in the Attunement process. The beauty, wonder and glory their essence in Love floods our awareness and opens the door to ecstatic union.
It is 6:15 a.m. on a Monday here in Hawaii so you are providing a wonderful opportunity to start the day and the week together by stating and knowing that every situation, every moment is a “gateway to the sacred.” I so honor with you what Lloyd Arthur Meeker says at the outset of your blog and what David Karchere says in the various books, workshops, blogs, and subscription offered on this website. I strongly recommend all of them. Many thanks, Oren. Big Aloha from Oahu, Tom C.
Words to start the day with in our morning meditations – Through the Eyes of Love!!! Thank you Oren for this beautiful reminder.
