This Week’s Quotation:
“It takes a greatness of character. It takes a greatness inside for a human being to accept a great promise in relationship to himself without becoming egotistical, arrogant, and self-active on the one hand, or without rejecting it in a false pattern of humility on the other hand. There is the central way.”

The Wisdom of the Central Way

Inspirational Speaker, Spiritual Coach & Attunement Practitioner
There is a place within each of us where life feels right. We aren’t trying to prove ourselves, nor are we holding ourselves back. We are simply available to the movement of Life.
Finding that place isn’t always easy.
It’s common to drift toward one of two extremes. Sometimes we underestimate what we have to give. We question whether our voice matters or whether we have anything meaningful to contribute. Other times, we become attached to being recognized, appreciated, or seen as important. One path has us hiding our light. The other has us trying to be the brightest bulb in the room.
Neither is the central way.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that whenever I’ve accepted a new opportunity to serve—whether leading Attunement training, speaking to a group, or helping steward this work into the future—it has never felt like trying to become someone important. If anything, I’ve often wondered, Am I really the one to do this? Yet each time I’ve quietly said yes, Life has provided exactly what was needed.
The invitation was never to become more significant. It was simply to become more available.
That, I believe, is the wisdom of the central way.
Attunement reminds us that Life is always seeking expression through us. Our role is not to inflate ourselves or diminish ourselves, but to become clear enough that the current of Spirit can flow without obstruction.
Perhaps there is something quietly calling to you right now—a conversation you’ve been avoiding, a gift you’ve been hesitant to share, a step you’ve been waiting to take.
Don’t ask whether you’re important enough.
Instead, ask a different question:
How is Life wanting to express itself through me today?
When we live from that place, we discover something remarkable. We don’t have to manufacture purpose. We simply become a healing influence in the world, one wholehearted response at a time.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Thank you to everyone praying for us its reflection of the source and love ,true love of care and humanity ,without the source we dont glow ,like a cancer diet ,do everything in gratitude and wisdom ,love returns by the sale of my other home ,wisdom to serve John with his termial illness ,in gratitude we find love ,and love comes by everyone in that silent moment ,praying for us …
Thank you, Sece, for the example you provide of walking in the central way. Clearly, an inflated sense of ego or a diminished sense of self are not effective mindsets for the kind of spiritual work that we are called to do. Let us just surrender to the easy and natural flow of the Creative Process of Life and thereby inspire others to do the same.
Love it! Thank you, Sece, for your words and your example. To shine more brightly and more fully present versus seeking to become more important is a brilliant key to living a meaningful life. I join you in that.
