This Week’s Quotation:
“We ourselves have come to the point of accepting the reality of our own divine identity… When we reach that point the individual can say of himself, ‘I AM THAT I AM — I am no longer this which I thought I was before, or which I had accepted as my identity before.’ Then he looks upon what he thought himself before to be, not as himself… but as his instrument of action. You have a body and a mind and a heart through which to act. You are the actor, the observer, the creator in your environment…”
—Martin Cecil, “From Here to There” (October 10, 1965)

Attunement Teacher and Practitioner
Attunement Is Acceptance
How much of what you call “yourself” did you actually choose? And how much was handed to you, gradually, by circumstance, opinion, and repetition?
Most of us are carrying an identity assembled over decades by exterior forces. A childhood wound that became a belief. A failure that became a verdict. A parental voice that became our inner narrator.
This is “what I had accepted as my identity before.” Not what I am—what I had accepted.
The distinction is everything.
To accept the reality of divine identity is not to pretend that history didn’t happen. It is not to paste a spiritual label over genuine pain. It is to realize that you are the only one who chooses what to accept about yourself.
The body, the mind, and the heart require care and attention, but they are instruments through which something acts. They are not the real actor.
Have you ever watched a gifted musician and noticed the moment when the player and the instrument seem to become one? Something is expressing. The instrument is simply—gloriously—allowing it.
Attunement is, in this sense, a practice of acceptance. When we offer an Attunement, we are not importing anything into another’s field. We are acknowledging what is already there. What would it mean to accept Divine Identity, even slightly more, today?
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Thank You Oran

Accepting my Divine identity has been the single most challenging step for me. It sounds so grand – in reality, it is, but my mind could easily mess with the reality and inflate my ego. It wasn’t until I learnt to kneel before the throne, with a humble heart, that I began to experience that acceptance. And then, everything started to change. Thank you, Oren, for speaking to this vital step.
Yes, Oren, Attunement is simply accepting who I AM and letting the instrument (my body, mind and heart) that I have to play on earth become an ever-increasingly more accurate expression of the Angelic Being that I AM. This is true for everyone. And you play your instrument so radiantly!
Such Caring and Beauty – thoughts can be such great things….how Blessed we are…
Thank you, Oren. Great to acknowledge with you the Divinity that is already there. Love, Tom C.
Beautifully said, Oren.
