A Cosmopolitan in Love with Truth
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to spiritual regeneration. This is what attracted me to this practice of Attunement many years ago, and it has been a joyous journey returning ‘Home’ to the centre.
I am wondering, are you also finding 2025 a wild ride? In Cape Town South Africa, where I live, there are many system changes bringing erratic rhythms, and disruptions—a significant example here is the ‘load shedding’ of electricity that necessitates changing daily schedules to fit in with supply. This results in chaos that seems impossible to manage in the outer sense, right in the hottest summer we have experienced in decades. Nothing wrong with erratic flows and creative chaos, whilst new forms are being born under our magnificent Sun.
The question is—can I hold steady and am I maintaining being Home and exemplifying this transcendent capacity in every now moment, slowing down on the inside to allow creative, loving, and sensible actions to be expressed from a radiant core of Being throughout my day?
As an Attunement Practitioner and Keeper of the here-and-now moment, I am consciously strengthening my practice. I invite you to join me this week strengthening being Home and spiritually centred in this dedicated practice. One way is meditating on the Seven Foundational Truths of the human experience that guide Emissaries of the Divine Light.

Yes, Anne-Lise, how good to acknowledge and honor the “seven foundational truths,” as the world that the human mind has made reels with greater chaos, corruption, conflict and human suffering than ever before. It can be challenging to maintain my centering in the One in the midst of all of this. but this is our calling and spiritual work, knowing that nothing that human beings do can remove our Earth project from the creative process of Life.
I love David’s and Anne-Lise’s thinking and the seven foundational truths above. I also recommend the on-line course, subscription and all else above. There’s no place like our spiritual home. Aloha from Oahu, Tom C.
