A Cosmopolitan in Love with Truth
In a world that moves at the speed of light, it’s easy to forget that we are part of something much greater—a vast, intelligent cosmos that pulses with rhythm, energy, and intention. Cosmically tuning in is the art of slowing down, listening deeply at the beginning of a moment, and aligning ourselves with the subtle frequencies of the universe.
To tune in cosmically is to become aware, not just of your thoughts or surroundings, but of the invisible threads that connect all beings and matter. It’s recognizing that the stars above are not distant strangers, but ancient storytellers. That your intuition is not random, but a compass guided by a higher cosmic identity.
You don’t need a telescope or a guru —just Presence. Draw on your inner compass—your inner GPS—to navigate the human world. If this is all very new to you, here are some starting points.
1. Daily Stillness: Spend 5–10 minutes in silence. Breathe. Listen.
2. Cosmic Journaling: Write down dreams, signs, or intuitive nudges. Discover who you are while you live as fully as possible.
3. Nature Walks: Let the earth recalibrate your frequency.
4. Receive an attunement treatment and let your whole endocrine system be rebooted.
I say unto you that awakening is not always gentle. It often shatters the foundations of what we thought was real. But in that shaking, something sacred is revealed—a deeper truth, a higher order, a further cosmic invitation. To tune in is to say yes to that invitation.
The universe is always speaking—through stars, symbols, and serendipity. When we choose to tune in, we remember that we are not alone, not lost, not separate. Thanks Anne-Lise. There is a whole new experience available when we start tuning into the Cosmos. That is present inside of every cell in this universe. Each human being has a part to play in this vastness. The conditioning that each of us has recieved growing up in this world as it exists has shut down all kinds of possibilities to us. I am discovering more & more my part as I slow down and observe myself rather than reacting. Stopping to just listen. Allowing what is really important to be revealed to me by just being calm and focusing on all the love that lives inside me and is present in everyone & in all of life.
