This Week’s Quotation:
“Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
— Matthew 6:10 (KJV)
Let Thy Kingdom Come – Standing at the Crossroads of Heaven and Earth

October brings us to a threshold. As Halloween approaches on 31 October and All Saints’ Day on 1 November, we remember those who have gone before us and sense that our lives belong to a story greater than the visible world.
The saints and mystics remind us that the sacred becomes visible through how we live, love, speak and act. October invites us not only to look towards Heaven, but to discover how Heaven may enter Earth through us.
A Living Bridge Between Heaven and Earth
We may enter the Kingdom, and allow the Kingdom to enter us — here and now. At the meeting place of inner and outer worlds, deeper meaning can awaken in consciousness and find expression through thought, word and deed.
Imagine a fountain shaped like a figure eight: a flow descending, circulating through us, and rising again. We receive, embody and express what brings clarity, compassion and purpose. Through Attunement, we become participants in the movement between Heaven and Earth, opening to the deeper current of Being.
Like the rock, we seek steadiness without closing ourselves off. Like lightning, insight can illuminate — but it must find ground in daily life. A kinder word, a courageous choice, a patient response or an act of service allows the world to be touched by something finer.
The saints remind us that the sacred is not only something to admire; it is a possibility to embody. We need not have all the answers. We need to listen, become available, and take the next faithful step.
Our Attunement Practice for October
Sit comfortably and feel the ground supporting you. Let your breathing settle. Become still and receptive; imagine light or clarity entering your awareness. Sense the figure-eight flow between receiving and giving, Heaven and Earth. Ask: “What is seeking to come into expression through me?” Then ask: “How might this become real today?” Choose one grounded action and carry it into the world.
May I be receptive to what is true, steady enough to receive it, and open enough to embody it. May what moves through me bring greater life, clarity and compassion.
Thy Kingdom come. Here and now. Let all the Saints keep marching on.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Thank you, Anne-Lise, for your compelling and inspiring invitation to be at the crossover point between Heaven and Earth. I especially resonate with these words: “Like the rock, we seek steadiness without closing ourselves off. Like lightning, insight can illuminate — but it must find ground in daily life.” Yes, we are to be a combination of the Immovable Object and the Irresistible Force.
