This Week’s Quotation:
“Any moment of loving,
Any moment of giving,
Any moment of thankfulness,
Is a moment of living.”
—Martin Cecil, Thus It Is
A Moment of Living
What is truly living, as opposed to simply existing?

Attunement Teacher and Practitioner
Existing waits for circumstances to improve. Living doesn’t wait for anything.
Loving, giving, and thankfulness are not feelings to force oneself into. They are qualities of being, expressions of spirit, flowerings of the innermost heart already available behind any thought or feeling.
Loving is the actual work of Attunement. Not sympathy for the condition. Not concern about the outcome. Love heals in both directions at once. The server isn’t spending love the servee then receives. An Attunement session that uplifts the servee so often leaves the server quietly restored as well. Neither stands outside the current that’s moving.
Giving isn’t handing something across a gap. It’s opening a channel and getting out of the way long enough for something larger to move through it. Giving is divine flow finding its way into form.
Genuine thankfulness tends to be self-perpetuating, generating ever more of itself. Each tiny drop of gratitude that enters the heart moves slightly higher than the last—joy compounding into deeper joy in an ascending spiral. Thankfulness gives far more energy than what’s required to sustain it.
What brings you a moment of living?
Only love lives here and now.
I am living love.
I am alive in giving.
I am the goldenness of thankfulness.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Loving, giving and thankfulness. What a wonderful formula for experiencing the beauty and magic of life! How simple, yet how profound!
