This Week’s Quotation:
“Let your light so shine. It is a spiritual light… heaven and earth are one, so what is deemed to be spiritual light has its counterpart in the earth, which could be said to be literal light.”
—Martin Cecil, The Door
Lineage of Light

It is strange that in order to learn something, we need to unlearn what has already been learned.
There is a profound humility in spiritual awakening. We often think growth comes through gaining more knowledge, more skill, more certainty. Yet, the deeper journey asks something very different of us. It asks us to let go—to unlearn.
I find that, in order to align with what is natural, whole, and true, I must release old habits and mental constructs that no longer serve the vitalising current of Life. The mind seeks safety and survival, but the heart longs for something greater—alignment with the divine patterns already alive within us. Have you felt that longing too?
Perhaps this is one of the hidden secrets of becoming a competent Attunement practitioner: the willingness to engage in quiet, unseen service within ourselves. Before competence comes the uncomfortable awareness of our limitations. I know that place well. Yet, grace enters the moment we become conscious of what is not yet aligned.
Recently, we were reminded to “look up.” Such simple words—yet filled with wonder! When we lift our awareness beyond survival consciousness, we remember that Life is not merely to be endured but lived radiantly.
What are you longing for?
Perhaps the Lineage of Light is not something we walk alone, but something we awaken together.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

yes, to unlearn and let go. yes, deep humility. Blessings on this process and on being “all in” Love from Oahu, Tom c.
Yes, Anne-Lisa, there is much to unlearn if I am bring the full expression of the Love that I inherently am. Raised in a Christian context, I had to let go of the concept of “original sin.” But now I’m here to fully bring what you suggest: Life is not merely to be endured but lived radiantly. THANK YOU!
