This Week’s Quotation:
“How often shall I forgive? Seven times? The answer was ‘seventy times seven.’ Well I don’t think you’re going to count it up to 490 … The indication was that it’s open-ended. We are not responsible for binding people; we do have the opportunity to free them. We enfold, we encompass, we include. We are well aware that there are those who may refuse to be included; that’s their business; but the refusal is not rightly consequent upon anything that we do. And gradually, on the basis of this factual love, the cohesiveness begins to put in an appearance in form and there is mutual trust.”

The Door of Forgiveness

Attunement Teacher and Practitioner
Is it possible to outpour with life energy while simultaneously closing a door in my heart?
Pneumaplasm—the subtle energy substance generated in any Attunement process—flows from thoughts and emotions moving in love, gratitude, and creative expression. It quickly dries up when holding a grudge.
In that light, forgiveness becomes not a limited resource to spend in a miserly way but a door to keep wide open. The cost isn’t in the keeping; the cost is always in the closing.
Forgiveness can look like endurance, even like foolishness from the outside. Why do I keep forgiving? What if they never change? What if they never apologize?
Because something is forming. Cohesiveness begins to put in an appearance—not announced with trumpets—it puts in an appearance. Like a shy guest at the door, checking whether it’s safe to come in.
When the door opens, the current flows. That’s not theology; that’s physics of the spirit.
Seventy times seven was never arithmetic, only permission to stop keeping score.
The release is quiet, almost imperceptible, but the current knows. The field knows.
You held the key the whole time.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Forgiveness is a natural expression of the creative process of Life flowing from the Love at our core. Anyone who approaches me is automatically enfolded in that Love. I rarely feel the need to forgive, since I don’t hold anything against anyone.
