This Week’s Quotation:
“The very moment there begin to be those here on earth who experience this vertical attunement with the divine pulsations, in that very moment there begins to be the initiation of the irresistible force on earth. And it will follow out in its natural cycles of pulsation, provided those who are letting it work stay with it.”

Stay With It

Inspirational Speaker, Spiritual Coach & Attunement Practitioner
There is a creative current moving through life all the time. We may experience it as an inner knowing, a new possibility, an unexpected opening, or simply a quiet sense of what is ours to do. Attunement invites us to become sensitive to that movement and allow our lives to come into alignment with it.
The challenge is that we don’t always stay with it.
We touch something true, and then the mind rushes in. We question it. We become impatient. We want results. We try to make something happen before its time or abandon what we sensed because circumstances become difficult.
But the creative process has its own rhythm.
Think of a wave moving toward shore. We don’t create the wave, nor can we control its movement. But we can learn to recognize it, meet it, and move with its power. In much the same way, Attunement teaches us to listen for the deeper movement of Spirit and cooperate with what is seeking expression through us.
There is tremendous power in this kind of spiritual steadiness.
Staying with it does not mean stubbornly holding on to our own ideas. It means remaining present, listening, adjusting, and continuing to respond as the creative cycle unfolds.
Something beautiful happens when we do. What begins as a subtle inner impulse gathers momentum. The invisible begins to take visible form. What once required effort begins to carry its own power.
Perhaps our greatest spiritual work is not to push harder, but to listen more deeply.
Feel the current.
Trust the movement.
And stay with it.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.

Thanks, Sece. This is so true – the importance of staying with the process. From mothers giving birth and hoping it will stop, to personal challenges that call for a deeper resource or some purification/letting go in order for newness to be born, our commitment to staying with the process is vital. Thanks for your reminder
I could really relate to your wave analogy Sece. As the flow of life has its’ way with me, I’m receiving vibrations that are not always easy to process; so like receiving a lapping wave on the shores of my life, I soften my heart to receive what is mine to process with my now conscious presence.
I am happy to write that I have been “staying with it” for 56 years, ever since reading the words, “You are Divine, that is the truth for you.” But as you indicate, Sece, there is an art to consistently and accurately applying this awareness to all of the circumstances that come to us in the course of a lifetime. Thank you for the example you provide of mastering this art.
