Human beings do this because they are so empty inside. When we begin to become aware of a sense of worthwhileness inside ourselves, then we do not need to go shopping around to try to get things to stuff into ourselves to make ourselves feel worthwhile. We have something to give, and in the giving there begins to be a flowing. As fast as something is given out, something flows in, not from outside but from inside. It is like a spring of water.~ Martin Cecil
The HeartMath Institute, Nassim Haramein, and many others in recent decades have identified the torus as the shape of Creation and of the human energy field. Simply put, a torus is a donut-shaped flow of energy moving out from the center, moving around the body of the donut, and returning to the center.
To know that this is the shape of the human energy field is interesting and important. But what do we do with this information?
From the standpoint of Attunement, we are interested in how human consciousness affects that flow. What are the conscious factors that allow the energy moving out from the center of the human field to do so freely and fully? And what allows that energy to return? If this is truly a living system, then the power of the flow should affect the whole system. And if we inhibit the flow anywhere in the system, then we reduce the flow in the entire system.
I think of this flow as similar to a garden hose. If you crimp it at any point, you reduce the flow through the entire hose.
Martin Cecil addressed the human energy field as a fountain. If you think about the flow of a fountain, it is easy to see that it is based on the principle of the torus.
In this brief excerpt from a larger text on the subject, he identifies some of the conscious factors that affect its flow. It seems easy for us as human beings to feel a sense of emptiness and a lack of worth. As I see it, this is a shadow state of consciousness present within all humankind. And so, it is not surprising that any one of us might encounter this shadow state in ourselves. What do we do then?
Martin’s answer is simple yet profound. Find the reality of worthwhileness within oneself and let it flow out. That is an Attunement process. It frees up the human fountain. It powers up our torus.
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.
