How many of us have exhausted ourselves trying to be spiritual? Working to be more loving, striving to radiate peace, struggling to demonstrate wisdom. So often it’s like performing surgery while still in medical school, using a manual in a language we barely understand.
But what if the whole approach is backwards? What if trying to reveal God is like improving the sun’s ability to shine by holding up mirrors? Wouldn’t our efforts be better spent getting out of the way?
The most liberating discovery might be this: we don’t need to generate divine presence—we need to stop blocking it. Like windows becoming transparent when cleaned, our task is clearing away whatever obscures divine expression.
This requires shifting from spiritual performance to spiritual authenticity. Instead of acting loving, we remove what prevents love from flowing. Rather than trying to be wise, we clear mental noise drowning out divine intelligence.
When we stop being God’s marketing department, something beautiful happens. Others encounter not our ideas about divinity but living divine presence.
What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.
I’m with Jerry! Oren, you simply describe the powerful difference between getting God into our lives and letting God flow through us. The Divine is always present – if only our vision wasn’t clouded so we could see through the glass clearly, not darkly. Here’s to a clear, clean glass!

Simple things can connect us to love of God.
So basic as home grown salad which opens the importance invitation to what’s growing in mother earth’s garden whom supplies sun and water to grow which in the bigger picture reflects creativity in gods love together .
Our environment good vibes when we feel joy and we give from our hearts joyful spirit..which reflects God within us .Maybe we all can reflect gods joy and love without all complexity and make it simple action. Simple sow love love is given back in many forms .
