A quest for self-improvement has defined much of my adult life. The yearning to break free from the limiting patterns bestowed by my parents and culture was present from a young age. There was an undeniable fire in my belly, a passionate creativity begging for expression. Yet, a lingering belief in my unworthiness held me back.

Earlier in my Life I started a Creative Dance study at the Theatre school, because I saw people talking with there heads and the body was telling a different story.
The head and the body not connected.
I learned a lot over the flow in, and of my body……… and danced.
I have been teaching that for years.
Now I am older and I still dance sometimes, but feel very connected with my body.
In what it needs!?
And from my source, the head waters of my being helpes, and guides me in my Dance of Life.

I’m reminded of my own time as the news director of a radio station in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I sensed even then that the value of my newscasts depended on my own integrity and my desire to present the news clearly and accurately. There was a sense of being in a dance with the listeners, wherever they might be.
Similarly now, may my life be consistently attuned to the authentic sending station of Love, Truth and Life so that I may vigorously dance with all the circumstances and people who appear in my life. Thanks for your own inspiring dance of Life, Sece.
