If you looked at your hand and asked yourself the question, “Is that me?” what would your answer be?
My best answer would be that it is a part of me. But it is certainly not all of me. And it is not the most essential part of who I am.
Reflexology practitioners say that the entire body is represented in my hand. My hand carries my DNA. And still, if I had to lose my hand for whatever reason, I would not lose myself.
The Attunement process guides people into an experience of their most essential nature. This is the dimension of all people that transcends what they experience every day. It is the fire of Love, the glowing light of Truth, and the glory of the Life force. And it is the Wonderful One within us, our innermost Being.
But Attunement does not only have us rise to an ascended state of awareness of who we are. It is not a spiritual bypass practice. When the Attunement practitioner experiences the essential nature of their Being, they own their human experience. They bring creative fire, light, and glory to their entire human soul and to their world. This is the basis for sharing an Attunement with another person.

Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.
Love activates the fire of being and continues to burn in the passion of giving and living love in our momentary Attunement into our worlds.
We are the fire – it is just that sometimes we may forget that – thank heaven for those who are reminders that we are the fire – they are our Blessings……
