What is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.
What a lovely reminder of the never ending flow of Blessing both received and shared. Thank you for this touching reminder.

What a fabulous idea to embark on a practice to open the Seven Spirits of the seven major endocrine glands for the next six weeks, I am enrolled to be activated spiritually and to bring this to my world.

I am the spirit of Blessing to the degree that I AM. My openness to the flow of Love and Life through me is the key to providing a blessing. Any blocks in body, mind, and heart to that flow inhibit the unique blessing I have to bring. Accessing Love consciously in each moment is the starting point, and then I can observe how that flow of Love is impacting my capacities and my world. Am I a blessing or not? Or does my world shy away from my presence. Do I bring love and that current of vibrant Life?…or not? It gets very real for me when I ask these questions. Thank you David for pointing to this vital consideration. I look forward to the next seven weeks and what we might discover in the expression and expansion of the Attunement current.
