The text for this week’s Attunement Meditation comes from the draft of the Attunement textbook we are writing. Our vision is to have a textbook for our Attunement training. But it goes beyond that. Our vision includes creating a book that anyone, anywhere, could pick up and read and from which they could learn Attunement.
The quotation above comes from a section in which we are introducing the idea that words, whether spoken aloud or silently to oneself, focus consciousness and have the potential to increase awareness of presence. This is based on the premise that we live in a universe that responds to consciousness. The more conscious we become, the more we bring a presence that the universe supports and participates in.
This is not an attempt to bring a recipe for self-benefit. That attitude is antithetical to the way the universe works. This formula only works for the selfless person who seeks to be of service to others. Such a person has harmonized with the universal order. They are a part of it. And therefore, they are supported by it.
You are at the center of a unique sphere of creativity, surrounded by a universe that wants to support you in that process. Will you let it? Will you invite its presence and power?

What Is Attunement?
Attunement is a consciousness practice and an energy medicine practice that leads to personal spiritual regeneration.
Faith and Trust – absolute faith and trust, is essential for this invocation to work attunement magic.
Being fully open to the quotation allows the experience of Attunemet-an invocation and refinement in consciousness of ones knowing of the presence and impulse of life as it flows through oneself and into ones world. May there be many who have oopportunity to share and experiece these words and the spirit of them in the days to come.
Great to focus consciousness in this way as we begin a new year. May our conscious living in this year bring blessing to the entire body of humanity.
